This programme is designed to create the mechanism for enhancing and strengthening biodiversity education in India. The scope of intervention includes mapping the current state of biodiversity education at primary and secondary levels at mainstream and alternative education systems, and designing content and pedagogical interventions along with recommendations for capacity building and funding.
